Job Responsibilities

Full life-cycle technical recruiting for local and state Government clients and other targeted recruiting search needs

Identify and source technical candidates using a variety of strategies including local colleges and universities, referrals, careers fairs, job boards, internal database, etc.

Utilize a variety of strategies to recruit both passive and active candidates

Complete thorough screening process, including detailed phone screen, in-person interview, reference checks, and issue technical evaluation

Coordinate meetings and interviews with candidates
-
Provide a stellar candidate experience to ensure Providers are advocates of CCS regardless of whether they receive a Job Offer

Manage candidates through the hiring process.
Mandatory skills:

Excellent communication- Written and verbal. Writing proposals when required.

Provide status updates to internal team on position and candidate progress

Collaborate with Management teams to understand hiring needs and goals and keep key stakeholders updated on recruiting metrics

Suggest and implement on-going improvements to recruitment processes
