How do I apply for training?
There are three ways to apply for our Talent Development Program.

Where are you located?
Currently, PCS Global Tech has two training boot camp locations:

How long is the training boot camp?
The Talent Development Program is a very intense, seven to eight week course. Trainees are in class Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one hour lunch break.

Is the training online?
No. All of our training is done live and in our classrooms.

What will learn in the training?
Our Talent Development Program is intense and covers a lot of material. For a list of some of the topics covered please visit the Training section of this website.

What education or qualifications do I need?
While anyone with a college degree may enroll in our training bootcamp, candidates with a STEM degree are preferred. We also prefer that candidates have at least some programming experience. For more information, please visit the Enrollment Information page.

How many instructors are there?
Currently, we have seven full time trainers whom trainees will work with daily. In each of our "batches," there is a 4:1 ratio of trainees to instructors.

Will I have to take tests?
Sometimes. Everyday you will review your technical knowledge in an interview with your instructors. You will be scored, but these scores are only to evaluate your current strengths. These interviews will not necessarily disqualify you from program participation. Periodically, throughout the training bootcamp, there will be written exams.

I don't live nearby, is trainee housing available?
Yes. We have arrangements with a leasing company to provide living accomodations. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Are there sponsorships for H1B and Green Cards?
Yes, but we do this on a case by case basis with certain conditions. Please speak to a recruiter for details.
How often does training begin?
We start two training batches every month and recruit for both of our locations. Please see our Upcoming Events calendar for details for specific batch start dates.
