Corporate Responsibility
Since its founding, Helm360 has been firmly committed to active philanthropy and to addressing the global challenges of education and poverty alleviation. Since 2010, our employees organize and contribute to welfare programs, especially for underprivileged children. We support the activities of institutes and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) dedicated to healthcare and education, and campaigns for skills development and community welfare. We hope that by leveraging our own strengths and resources in-country, we will raise awareness of the importance of corporate philanthropy, and encourage society to participate in and contribute to the development of social responsibility.
Helm360 supports and encourages our associates to get involved in the communities where we live and work. Around the world, people from Helm360 actively participate in both locally based and company-sponsored volunteer activities. Here are just a few examples:

For two consecutive years, Helm360 has sponsored the two-day summer camp - The Hall of Champions - hosted by the San Diego Sheriff's Department.
The focus of the Champions Camp is to build the character, self-esteem, and confidence in young people in the San Diego community. Through inspirational messages and motivational interaction with community leaders such as Helm360's Raminder Singh and Bill Green, the program promotes friendships, encourages positive life choices, and helps develop leadership skills and personal accountability in the hearts and minds of future leaders.
Poway Lacrosse is a registered non-profit organization that is dedicated to introducing the youth of Poway to the fast growing sport of lacrosse and coaching under the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance. It is a community based lacrosse program with teams for boys in 1st-8th grade. Its mission is to support the Poway High School Boys Lacrosse program through parent and community support.
Being a part of the Poway community, Helm360 actively participates in the fundraising auctions and donates a portion of its charity funds to Poway Lacrosse to benefit the students.
Pratham is the largest non-governmental organization working to provide quality education to the underprivileged children of India. Pratham was established in 1994 to provide education to the children in the slums of Mumbai. Since then, the organization has grown both in scope and geographical coverage.
Helm360 team employees along with family members have supported Pratham by volunteering and participating in all their fundraising programs.
India Vision Foundation is a non-profit, voluntary, non-government organization registered as a Trust in India. The foundation aims at improving the social skills, providing education and training for the under privileged.
Helm360 has been a part of India Vision Foundation for a number of years. The team hosts an annual fundraising activity during the month of June. For the second year, the team came together to support the India Vision Foundation to help achieve its goal. Year after year the Helm360 team has set ambitious goals and has not only exceeded them, but all amounts raised have been doubled by the company’s President (Raminder Singh).
Rotary International is the largest service organization of the world serving the needy and less fortunate section of society. Rotary International throughout the world is providing humanitarian service, encouraging high ethical standards in all vocations and helping to promote goodwill and peace in the world.
Each year Helm360 organizes the blood donation camps at Noida.
Best Buddies International is an organization whose purpose is to foster one-on-one friendships between students with and without Intellectual and Development Disabilities. Involvement with Best Buddies allows people with IDD to secure rewarding jobs, live on their own, become inspirational leaders, and make lifelong friendships.
